Our client was charged with armed robbery of a local restaurant that was actually robbed several times over the course of 6 months. Our client had an alibi for most of the robberies, as he was gainfully employed across town and clocking in/out. Unfortunately, our client was identified in a line-up and was arrested, despite the fact that law enforcement believed the same person committed the multiple robberies. Due to the client's alibis, they only charged him with one of the robberies. Our office did our own investigation to prove our client's innocence. Ultimately, the prosecutor was persuaded by our evidence that the offender was someone else and dismissed the case.
